About Us

The COASI Story

COASI, founded in 1988, is the Community Officers' Association of Singer Island. Its mission is to share collective wisdom and ideas for the benefit of all members, which includes over thirty condominium associations and two homeowner's associations.

Open to current and prior condo, co-op and HOA board members from communities on Singer Island, Riviera Beach, and Palm Beach Shores, COASI holds monthly meetings from fall to spring, offering networking, a featured speaker, and updates from city officials. The organization also sponsors an annual seminar to provide members with an opportunity to obtain mandated board certification.
